BO'AN Seaview Hotel

The room was spacious, and the air conditioning was already on when we entered, which was a nice touch. We transferred from another hotel and arrived quite early on the day of check-in. We requested a higher floor at the front desk, and they were able to arrange it for our two family rooms. The high floor offered great views. The room also had a washing machine and refrigerator, both very new. I usually hesitate to use hotel washing machines, but seeing how clean and new this one was, I decided to. My family even said we should look for hotels with washing machines in the future. One minor inconvenience was the lack of breakfast, but the front desk recommended Yu Mi Breakfast downstairs, which was very good.

The room was clean, and the hotel service was excellent. There are many great places to eat nearby, and the hotel's location is fantastic – very convenient for getting anywhere. The cleaning staff were very thorough, and they even contacted me immediately when I left something behind in the room. Plus, it's pet-friendly, which is a huge bonus! 👍🏻

This is a great hotel! My room had an amazing sea view, and the location is super convenient. It's just a few hundred meters walk to Zhongshan Square and a couple of kilometers to Venice Water City. You can easily get to Xinghai Square by bus or subway. Plus, there are restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

The location is fantastic! Many highly recommended restaurants and delicious eateries are right nearby. The guesthouse staff are very friendly; the front desk lady was kind and pleasant, and the cleaning auntie was also very warm and approachable. They were always quick to help with any issues.

The room was clean, and the housekeeper cleaned it daily, so there were no unpleasant odors. There are also plenty of food options nearby, including all sorts of seafood and BBQ, just a short walk away. Transportation is convenient, and it's not far from Zhongshan Square.

The hotel is near Zhongshan Square, so you can easily walk there. The room was clean, and there were bathrooms on both floors, but only the upstairs one had a shower. This made it a bit inconvenient for older guests to go upstairs to shower, but everything else was great.

The experience at Dalian Coastline Seaview Homestay exceeded my expectations! It's located right in the heart of Zhongshan Square, making transportation incredibly convenient. The high-floor panoramic windows offer an unbeatable view, allowing you to enjoy the city and sea views right from your bed. The room was spotless, the decor was simple yet stylish, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. All the amenities were comprehensive. The housekeeper was responsive, and check-in was efficient and thoughtful. It's a quiet oasis in a bustling area, with excellent soundproofing. Watching the sunset in the evening created a wonderful ambiance. This is definitely my top choice for accommodation when visiting Dalian, and I'll be back again!

The room was great and clean, and could comfortably accommodate all 6 of us. The only issue was the elevators; they were quite slow and crowded, especially since the hotel is on the 50-something floor. Finding breakfast nearby was also a bit inconvenient.
