The breakfast area was very crowded, and the gym was basic. Just look at the lines of people waiting for breakfast.

Very kid-friendly! The lobby on the first floor has free snacks, and we even got a welcome snack gift upon check-in. Lots of pleasant surprises!

The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices, and the room was clean and comfortable. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would choose this hotel again next time.

Right outside the East Exit of West Station, super convenient. It's a new hotel, very clean.

Front desk staffer Xiao Zhao was excellent. I was happy with the room, and breakfast offered a great variety. The room was spacious with a good layout. I'll definitely come back next time. They upgraded our room, and it was fantastic. I usually have trouble sleeping, but it was very quiet on the 20th floor, and I slept wonderfully for all three nights. We had two kids with us, and they even waived the breakfast fee for one of them. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

I was quite satisfied with my stay. Upon check-in, the front desk proactively upgraded my room. The upgraded room was spacious with a large living area and was generally quiet. The room's cleanliness was also good. When checking out, I had a change of plans and needed a late check-out, which was handled promptly and efficiently by Front Desk Assistant Fu. 5-star rating!

Overall, the Hilton Dalian was okay. For 800 yuan a night, beyond the spacious room, there wasn't much else worth recommending regarding service, environment, or facilities. They were all just 'acceptable' at best.

Service: The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially Xiao Fu at the front desk who was just wonderful.

A benchmark in the industry, can't go wrong with this one. However, it was a bit disappointing when I asked for a luggage cart at check-out and was told there wasn't one available, though I was later informed it was an individual staff member's oversight. The breakfast buffet was a pleasant surprise with white shrimp. Be aware that the parking lot under the bridge has a height restriction of 1.6 meters, so larger vehicles need to take note. The Old Hutong BBQ nearby is definitely worth a try.
