Fraser Suites Dalian

This stay truly exceeded my expectations, I'm incredibly satisfied! I especially want to thank Flora Sun, who patiently helped me from before check-in. As a foreign visitor, she helped me sign for a package delivered to the hotel in advance and meticulously arranged all my requests before arrival. Her communication and service were incredibly thoughtful, making me feel completely at ease even before I got to the hotel. When I mentioned during check-in that this trip was for a birthday celebration, I was so surprised to find that she had thoughtfully decorated my room! Opening the door was a truly delightful and touching moment. This level of care made my birthday trip even more memorable. It really felt like the hotel wasn't just going through the motions, but genuinely put themselves in the guest's shoes to provide warm and considerate service. The hotel's location is also excellent, directly connected to Galleria Mall, making dining, shopping, and grocery runs incredibly convenient. You can easily get around regardless of the weather. For first-time visitors to Dalian, this location is highly recommended. The hotel itself is an apartment-style hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with full amenities. The washing machine, refrigerator, and other appliances are very practical, making it perfect for stays of several days or even longer. The overall environment is quiet, and the hygiene is excellent, ensuring a very comfortable stay. This trip was with my mother, who has some difficulty with her legs. The hotel staff provided a lot of help and care from check-in to check-out, which made our entire journey much easier. This kind of service truly feels very warm. Finally, I want to thank Flora Sun again for her consistent patience, meticulousness, and genuine help. Her professionalism and enthusiasm made this stay even more perfect. If I ever have the chance to visit Dalian again, I will definitely choose to stay here, and I will certainly recommend it to my friends and family. I believe you will also have a very pleasant and unforgettable stay here!

As a chain international hotel apartment, this place is top-notch in China, from its hardware and facilities to its software amenities and service. First, the location is unbeatable, right above Capitaland Mall, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Second, the room setup is excellent, with a washing machine, microwave, induction hob, and a full set of tableware, all from well-known brands. There are even robots delivering items throughout the building. I must also commend the cleaning staff; they are observant and proactively restock supplies. Of course, there are minor drawbacks, like the room being a bit small, and the deluxe studio not having a larger dining table, only one chair, etc., but these are minor issues that don't detract from the overall experience. I'm giving it a perfect score not because it's absolutely flawless, but because it delivers everything a hotel apartment can offer. I wish every city had a Fraser Place.

The hotel facilities are excellent and the service is attentive. The fourth floor offers direct access to Kaidan Shopping Mall, where you can indulge in a variety of delicious foods. It's conveniently located near all the attractions in Donggang, making it easy to catch the light show, feed the seagulls, explore Oriental Water City, and visit Donggang Wujie to see the mounted police and large ships. A truly perfect trip!

This was by far the most satisfying hotel I stayed at during my trip to Dalian! It definitely lives up to its international chain reputation, with high standards all around. I received a complimentary upgrade to an executive suite upon check-in, and it was fantastic – a huge living room, and a comfortable kitchen and dining area. The entire suite was probably over 100 square meters. Having a washer and dryer, plus the ability to cook, was incredibly convenient – it truly felt like a home away from home. The hotel is only about a 5-minute walk from the beach and roughly twenty minutes from Venice Water City. Guests can also rent bicycles for free, and cycling along the coast was a real pleasure. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Dalian!

The surroundings, location, and facilities are all great, very satisfied. The mall downstairs is also excellent, and you can access the hotel directly from the fourth floor.
