According to the platform's unified cancellation policy, cancellations after the deadline incur a 50% charge. This was not the hotel deliberately making things difficult. After Ctrip intervened and coordinated with all parties, we proactively made concessions, splitting the order so the guest could cancel one room and only keep one available, demonstrating our utmost consideration for our customer. The rumor that bathtub bags are charged is completely fabricated. We provide this consumable free of charge throughout the entire process and have never charged any customer. Bathtub bags are provided in every room with a bathtub. All customers know that they are provided free of charge. There are no hidden charges or tricks. All room amenities and usage details are clearly stated on the order page, not shown in small print upon check-in. There is no deliberate concealment or inducement to consume.
