很不錯的，乾淨整潔，房間很大，有空調，就是淋浴區有點小，水容易溢出來，地漏再改善一下吧。其他地方都很不錯。

十一期間入住。超出預期。老闆非常熱情，溝通順暢。離海邊很近，開車10分鐘內即到。兩個大床非常舒服，小孩自己睡也不會掉下床。有冰箱和洗衣機，常住非常方便。去星海廣場開車直接走高架橋，不堵車的情況半小時搞定。

住的挺滿意，服務挺好，價格不高，靠海，逛街散步都很方便。不方便的是停車，停在公共停車位收費30元一天。對面的小食街的水果很便宜，不過其他的不太敢吃，貌似衞生難以保證。
