這是我多次來瀋陽後的最優選擇。每次抵達前，都收到經理的電話，詢問我有什麼特別的需要，知道我行李比較多，經理和助手就在大門等候我，一個普通的旅客。
地點非常好，就在當年奧運會的賽點附近。對面就是渾河南岸。渾河水非常清澈，漫步，放風箏的好幾公里步行道。除了便利店，周圍紅紅火火的許多餐飲。聽説對面一家燒烤店還是網紅打卡地，價位好，服務棒，種類多。
選了向北的河景房，非常漂亮，桌子還可以旋轉90度，讓您面向河景工作。適合嚴謹工作，文藝創作。。
經理，服務員都很友善，自然不做作，主動幫人。
這應該是我未來的必選落腳點。

房間面積整體較大，約50平米。預訂的一樓給升級到了二樓，電梯比較小，房間不能看海，衹能看到停車場。因為沒有用餐的地方，早餐按時給送到了房間，種類一般。中規中矩吧，沒有太大的驚喜。酒店離海邊很近，下樓走幾分鐘就可以到海邊的棧道，可以看到跨海大橋，去星海廣場也不遠。總體來説還是比較滿意的！

地點位於在星海廣場臨近馬欄河河岸公園，四周建築多為歐式古典風格，河岸適宜散步休憩，附近又有個星海廣遊樂場，是到大連旅行住宿的好選擇，酒店房間潔凈，服務親切周到，下回來還來住宿。

大連公差預訂了這家酒店，沒想到有意外收穫 ，前台小姐姐非常親和友善，聊起來和我算是變相老鄉，在北京生活了十多年，真是緣分，因為投緣免費給我們升級房間了，房間乾淨整潔舒服，空間很大，衞生間空間也可以，觀景效果不錯👍🏻 ，晚上吃的海鮮味道不錯。朋友們也很開心，推薦朋友來大連玩首選這家酒店。

設施：有電梯，一層樓就幾個房間，屋裡乾乾淨淨，該有的都有，而且很温馨！躺在床上看海喔～
停車場在樓下，位置很多，停車🅿很方便。
衞生：屋裡沒有異味，乾乾淨淨，床品也是很整潔～
環境：這個最好咯，樓下離海邊不到20米，兩把椅子兩杯咖啡，在週末放鬆放鬆～星海廣場走過去很近，風景也很好！
服務：早餐是送到了房間裏噠～吃的很好很暖！
點外賣什麼的也很方便，下次還會選擇這裏噠！而且一點也不吵，安安靜靜睡的很好～

地理位置優越，出門就是星海廣場，但是房間太小，是在屋頂的臨時建築，風景雖好，但是性價比有點不高，住處了露營的感覺

房間寬敞。去的比較早，老闆給升級了非常不錯的房間。早餐是油條，饅頭，花捲，小米粥，雞蛋。送去房間。整體很滿意。離星海廣場很近？出酒店門是海邊。能看到一小羣海鷗

房間寬敞、乾淨，視線好，推開窗就可以看到跨海大橋和星月棧橋，每天早餐都是送到房間裏的，晚上偶爾可以看到野生狐狸下山覓食
