This hotel served more than expected .
1.The room is super huge
2. Neat and spotless
3. The breakfast was super delicious and mouth watering.
4.The staffs are super kind and speaks English really well.
5.The lobby is very fantastic.
6.The spa was fantastic and worth to try.

Although my stay in the hotel for two days was for business trip and I did not tell anyone about my birthday, I was quite impressed that the hotel arrange a quite big and tasty birthday cake with candles for me during my stay (free of charge). Also the breakfast is nice, and the female chef making Jianbin / Chinese pancake is quite friendly and enthusiastic.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and I highly recommend it. The service was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The front desk team, especially Miss Gu and Jenny, were incredibly friendly and attentive. They offered great assistance and made my stay even more enjoyable. The overall experience was fantastic, and I look forward to returning.

I had a great experience at the New World Hotel this time. It’s the second time I have stayed here when I have visited Dalian. The staff takes great care of me the hotel is centrally located, and the cleanest and most modern hotel I have found, especially given the price point for a room stay. Highly recommended!
