My first impression was of an abundance of traditional Chinese ethereal charm. From the lobby to the corridors, clever touches were evident everywhere, creating a truly atmospheric stay. Staying for three days, the breakfast was never repetitive. The main courses were served as set meals – steamed dumplings, wontons, and noodles, all rotated daily. They arrived at the table piping hot, making for a hearty and comfortable start to the day. You could really feel the thoughtfulness from early morning. What was most impressive was the butler service. Qingqiu Hotel is right by Xinghai Square, with plenty of dining options nearby. In the evenings, Xinghai Bridge features a light show, and Xinghai Square has a musical fountain. The subway station is also conveniently close. The hotel itself is clean and cozy. They offer 24-hour caring butler service. This hotel I picked this time really exceeded my expectations! Its location right inside Xinghai Square makes it super convenient to get to the fountains. The whole place has an ancient Chinese aesthetic, and you can even borrow Hanfu. The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were always ready to help with anything. First time in Dalian, booked this hotel. It's just a few minutes' walk from the beach, so you can go feed the seagulls early in the morning. The room is very clean, the bedding is comfortable to sleep on, and the shower water is nice and hot. Our second stop on the trip was Xinghai Square, and our room's window faced the square directly. There were restaurants right downstairs. The room wasn't huge, but it was clean and tidy, and the facilities were relatively new. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and they even had a robot to deliver items. The hotel had a unique Qingqiu Fox theme, which was quite special. The only downside was that the road leading to the hotel entrance was under renovation, and there was a strong smell of garbage, which wasn't a great first impression. Oh, and one more thing, the sauce in the rice noodles for breakfast was incredibly salty; they really need to improve that!

The Japanese-style decor shows great attention to detail. The hotel environment is clean and hygienic, and the room itself is tidy and well-kept. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, which is perfect for couples or families. The pillows and mattress are incredibly comfortable – I slept straight through until 7 AM! Overall, it was pretty good. The hotel's interior environment was decent, with a 'Xianxia' (fantasy martial arts) theme and even Hanfu (traditional Chinese clothing) available. The room wasn't huge, but for families traveling with children, you could choose a room with a large and small bed. They also provided kids' toothbrushes, toothpaste, and slippers. Drying clothes wasn't super convenient, but there's a washer-dryer combo, and the front desk staff (both male and female) are happy to help with laundry. It was a bit warm when sleeping; perhaps a thinner duvet could be provided.
