Good location and reception service (free shuttle bus to airport within 2 min). Our room’s air conditioner wasn’t very fast, slightly hot inside the room. Generally speaking, the hotel is traditionally styled hotel, but very suitable for a one night staying.

Overall it was okay for a one night stay, walking distance to the airport

Great service from first contact during Checkin at reception . Thank you Yu Yang you made that bit easy. Very helpful for this minimal Chinese speaker in the restaurant. Bed was ok but spare pillows were luxurious. Shuttle transfer to domestic checking made it so easy for my early flight

Location : Very near to Dalian Shoushuiji Airport. Surrounding city scene is beautiful. Staff : Helpful and great service. If can better communicate English fluently it will be perfect. Cleanliness : Floor curtain is clean , Bathroom is very clean. Room size : Comfortable for 1-2 persons. Breakfast : Not so much choice of western style food. Overall : Value for business trip.

A very helpful hotel located very near the airport. They have a shuttle which will take you to the airport in less than 5 minutes and they were very accommodating as we both had different flights leaving at different times - they were happy to arrange the shuttle for each of us. The nearest metro station is the airport so if you want to go into the city you will have to walk over to the airport or book a taxi.

Excellent stay. Just across the road from airport. Staff was very nice and eager to help with everything. They even prepared breakfast bag when we didnt have breakfast included. Airport shuttle is free and took us 3mins to the airport. Xiaoyu & Xiaogu are very friendly staff.

I arrived in Dalian quite late in the evening and had arranged an airport shuttle through the hotel. However, I wasn’t given clear instructions on where to meet it. I noticed a bus waiting in the airport parking lot, but since the hotel’s shuttle buses lack any identifying markings and no one was holding a sign, I couldn’t tell if it was the one for me. Not speaking Chinese, I felt too hesitant to approach the driver to ask. Looking back, I’m fairly sure it was the shuttle I had booked, but it ended up leaving without me. Luckily, it wasn’t a big issue since the hotel is only about a five-minute walk from the airport. I had booked the shuttle based on a review mentioning that crossing the road in front of the hotel could be dangerous. However, I found there’s actually a crosswalk just a little further down the street, so crossing is manageable with some caution. Other than that, my experience was pleasant overall. The front desk staff spoke English fairly well. The room was large but a bit rough around the edges, with some noticeable stains on the walls. Breakfast was decent, and considering the price and the hotel’s proximity to the airport, it was good value. The hotel also schedules regular shuttle buses back to the airport, but there are plenty of taxis in the area if you need to leave immediately, or you can simply walk.

The bed sheets were not clean enough. Not sure they were changed or now. The best was that it is closed to the airport. There is a shuttle bus which is very convenient.

Was there for business trip, the room size is big but old……..

I made my first trip to China, and had a wonderful time at Southern Airlines Pearl Hotel. Staff name 'Gu Yang Gu' helped me a lot, and it was very helpful to me. Also, Hotel provided me a bus to the airport. I would go next time if I have to go to Dalian in near future.

From the moment I arrived, the staff (Ms. Xiao Yu, Xiao Gu, and Xiao Yang) made me feel welcome. The room was clean and well equipped with all the amenities I needed. The hotel's location was perfect - close to airport. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of fresh and tasty options. Overall, I had a great experience and I will definitely be back on my next visit.

Excellent services from the front desk. The ladies were very cheerful and helpful. Room was very clean and spacious. As the hotel is opposite of the airport, the hotel arranges free shuttle buses to save you dragging cases to cross the busy road.
