去年五一因為去小平島釣魚，為了方便在這個酒店住了一晚，很喜歡這裏的環境，所以即使位置離市區遠，今年五一去大連還是毫不猶豫的選擇了這家酒店，然後度過了一個非常不愉快的假期。別墅區裏面可能是有什麼會議中心，簽了協議一直鎖大門，第一天到酒店晚上才十點多，敲了半天窗也沒能把門衞叫醒，後來打電話叫前台來開的門，門衞醒來就開始甩臉子，想着出來玩多一事不如少一事也沒搭理，第二天下午，下午七點多我們開車回酒店想換件厚衣服再出去玩，又是鎖着門，我問了一句為什麼老鎖門，門衞理都不理。換完衣服出來又不給開門，問我幾點能回來，我説我們出來旅遊的也沒法保證幾點回來，再説一晚上五六百的酒店，我是來住宿舍了嗎還要被限制自由，門衞直接説回來晚了就進不來，這是他的原話。我説我花錢了我憑什麼進不來，門衞説回來晚了就是不讓進。最後回來的時候還是打電話給前台才來開的門。我知道這門衞可能不是你們酒店的工作人員，但是既然酒店在這個別墅區裏，顧客不應該被這麼對待吧？簽了協議你可以這段時間不掛房間啊，憑什麼我花這麼多錢住酒店要每天被門衞管着，每次開車出去都要被甩臉子，我這錢花的是不是太憋屈了，總之以後不可能再來了

我本來定的是大床房，辦入住時，大堂經理特別貼心，看我是帶大孩子來的，主動就幫助我升級了雙床房。而且還幫我們預訂第二天的活動，真是太熱情了！
