Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations, and the check-out process was particularly impressive. The hotel's convenient location made getting around very easy. The room was spotless, the bedding soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. All the basic amenities were there, hot water was consistent, and the soundproofing was excellent, so there was no disruptive noise. During check-out, the staff were polite and friendly. The whole process was quick and efficient, with no long waits. The front desk proactively reviewed the billing details, which were clear and transparent with no hidden fees, and they patiently and thoroughly answered any questions I had. The housekeeping staff provided thoughtful service, responding quickly to any requests during my stay. The room facilities were well-maintained, with no damage or strange odors, and the public areas were tidy and well-organized. This hotel offers great value for money, with attentive service that isn't intrusive. From check-in to check-out, the entire experience was smooth and pleasant. The room was quite spacious and came with a fridge and washing machine, which was very convenient. The best part is the hotel's great location, with easy access to public transportation like buses and the subway, making it quick to get to all the tourist attractions.

Think twice before booking this place. The room looked nothing like the pictures on the platform. It was small with hardly any lights, and the two main ones were broken. The TV didn't work either. They didn't bother fixing anything before we checked in, then tried to fix it while we were there, wasting our time. We ended up having to use the Wi-Fi from the room next door, which was barely functional. Before we arrived, the platform confirmed with the hotel that we could check out by 2 PM, but then they started banging on our door at 12 PM. The hotel staff was incredibly rude and arrogant, which made me so angry that I checked out at 1 PM. After I left, they even deleted my WeChat contact from the check-in process. With an attitude like that, they won't be making much money. They refused to acknowledge any of the many problems, and the bathroom also had a strange smell. Seriously, if you're thinking of staying here, just don't. Go somewhere else. Luckily, the platform gave us a refund. We're travel bloggers who travel all over the country and had just arrived in Dalian, and I can't believe we encountered a hotel like this. Speechless.

The hotel is conveniently located near Zhongshan Square, with good surrounding amenities. The front desk service was warm and attentive, always willing to help guests solve problems. The rooms are spacious and clean. Overall, it offers great value for money and is highly recommended.
