Crystal Orange Dalian Baicheng Railway Station Zhongshan Public Square

My stay at Orange Crystal Dalian exceeded my expectations. The hotel boasts a simple yet luxurious design, and the lobby has a great ambiance. The rooms are clean and bright, with full smart controls – electric curtains and voice control are incredibly convenient. The bedding is soft and comfortable, the soundproofing is good, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area with a wonderfully scented toiletries. The front desk staff were efficient and enthusiastic during check-in. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and shop. It offers great value for money and is my top choice for a trip to Dalian. I'll definitely be staying here again.

This stay was absolutely perfect! I initially booked for one night just to try it out, but after that first night, I extended my stay for three more. The hotel's location is excellent, right in Dalian's city center with convenient transportation. It's about a 10-minute walk from the train station following the navigation, but it's not directly facing the station square, so the environment is quite pleasant. The hotel is surrounded by a vibrant commercial district and dining options, with many large shopping malls. Tianjin Street is just a few dozen meters away, and the Lantern Festival celebrations there were so lively during the Chinese New Year. Zhongshan Square is less than a 10-minute walk away. On my first night, I couldn't wait to see Zhongshan Square lit up at dusk – it was freezing in winter, so there weren't many people on the large square, but the light show was incredibly beautiful. Russian Street is also within walking distance. For Dongguan Street and Xi'an Street, they're not far from the hotel, and you can easily get there by taking an old tram. In short, it's convenient to get anywhere from here. Hotel service quality: The main reception is on the 16th floor. The front desk staff were warm, thoughtful, and very friendly. Check-in was quick, and they even upgraded my room – wonderful! I especially want to thank Mr. Wang Tao; he answered all my questions with great patience. It was quite a coincidence that he was the one who assisted me with both check-in and check-out. The hotel is bright and clean, very tasteful, and fully equipped with comfortable bedding and excellent hygiene. The dining options are diverse. I particularly recommend their free laundry service. This hotel is definitely worth recommending to friends visiting Dalian.

The front desk lady was incredibly warm and helpful! I had an upset stomach from some street food, and she thoughtfully brought me a warming pad and hot water. She was absolutely wonderful.
