We came for an overnight trip to visit some friends. The hotel was nicely decorated, and the room was spacious, clean and cozy. Stacey was the most friendly valet and made us feel right at home. Unfortunately, all other staff, including front desk and bartender, seemed like they couldn't be bothered to smile, or even greet us hello. When we asked questions, we received short one-word responses as if we were bothering them by asking. We wanted to confirm check-out when leaving, but waited at the front for a while and again, nobody was there so we ended up just walking out. All this deterred from our stay a bit, but Stacey and the clean and nice room made up for some.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Canopy by Hilton Dallas Uptown, and I must commend the hotel for its outstanding cleanliness and professionalism. From the moment I arrived, Stacey, the doorman, consistently went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. His warm greetings and helpful demeanor created a positive first impression every time I entered the hotel.
Moreover, Ebone at the front desk deserves special recognition for her exceptional assistance during my check-in. Despite the challenges of losing an important item while traveling, Ebone handled the situation with utmost professionalism and empathy. She efficiently facilitated my check-in process and ensured that my stay started off on a positive note.
I also appreciate the availability of an early check-in room, which made a significant difference in my overall experience. Canopy by Hilton Dallas Uptown's commitment to cleanliness, coupled with the outstanding service provided by Stacey and Ebone, truly made my stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a combination of top-notch cleanliness and professionalism.

There was a problem with the TV even after maintenance came up to "fix" it. I called the front desk a couple of times and no one answered the phone after letting it ring for a several minutes each time. The water in the shower only got warm, never hot.
The property is very clean, modern and new.

I loved my stay here at the Canopy Hilton Uptown. Staff was very nice & accommodating. I like that they give you a welcome bag that helps support local small businesses. The Bisous Bisous macaroons were so good, I went to the store location to try out more & I was not disappointed. Again the staff here are AMAZING, I will definitely return when I'm in the Dallas/Love area. 5 star service!

The only option for parking was Valet or the street . Fortunately, we were able to find street parking. Other than that, the stay was great and in a great area.

We had a very pleasant stay. Very nice and cooperative staff; nice rooftop bar with views of downtown. Not a ton of restaurants that are walkable but otherwise just a short Uber away. Nice, quiet, safe neighborhood just off the beaten path enough to avoid the noise and congestion of downtown.

Almost $500 for a corner view for one night, about 2/3 of the room was tiled, no tile under or around fancy canopy bed, just plywood covered with a big rug that you could feel every time you walked near the bed. Weird.

The valet parking guy was amazing but the stay was horrible. The TV did not work the entire weekend even after I reported the problem. I also reported a lamp that didn't work and they just moved it to another outlet and it still did not work. Somebody put too much money into this property to have it ruined by an unresponsive and uninterested staff.
