Katy Trail Cosy and Elegant

Great location with everything you could possibly need. Nice, clean place with a view of the Katy Trail and a gate so you can walk directly out onto it. Clean and quiet with absolutely everything you could possibly need during your stay.

Great property Location was great. The Katy Trail in back yard made for wonderful walking. Easy access to Downtown Dallas.

Mother/Daughter weekend The property is in a wonderful neighborhood with easy access to the trail and to a local cafe. The host provided prompt responses and accurate communication. I’m sure I will stay at this property again!

Pleasantly surprised Introduction to the Katy Trail Although we usually like to stay on ground floor, the second floor landing allowed us to overlook the Katy Trail. We had restricted access gate to said trail. Clean well, kept facility and quiet neighborhood. Designated parking space was a plus.

Using the TV is a nightmare. Parking is extremely tight. Large trucks are almost impossible . Nasty looking vents sticking out of the wall. Upside, location to trails and restaurants are excellent.

Good property for the price Cozy and comfortable for our family of 4. Clean. Stairs are metal, slippery when wet and could be hazardous if icy. Clean with good amenities. Driveway to back parking is very narrow and tight parking. Beds & rooms sizes were great! Living room furniture was not very comfortable for movie watching. Overall, it was a nice place to stay.
