Hyatt Regency Dallas at Reunion Reviews

Was a guest at the Hyatt as part of the ICSC Red River Conference and was very pleased with most of the experience. There were shuttles available that chauffeured participants between the Hyatt and the Kay Bailey Hutchinson Convention Center, a benefit likely paid for by ICSC but accommodated by the hotel all the same. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was better than average although there were a couple of very small places in the room that could have used more attention. Parking isn't customer friendly, just like everywhere in downtown Dallas: Pay big money for valet service and a parking garage or pay to park on an open, unsecured lot a hundred yards away. The room's HVAC system worked wonderfully, which was great because it was on the west side of the building. The bed was especially comfortable and all of the linens were spotless... Which is always good. Did not get a chance to visit the gym or swimming pool. Did not patronize the restaurant or bar but have had good experiences in both places during past visits. The bottom line: The Hyatt Regency is still a safe bet in Dallas.

All good! Just too expensive. I mean 300+$ for a king bed room?

The room is big and comfortable. The hotel lobby is also very grand. The downside is that it is on the edge of the city, with a train station and viaduct next to it. If you need to buy something, it is very inconvenient without a car.

I don't know what went wrong there. I had already paid, but they charged me again at the hotel counter. It's very strange! This alone makes me unhappy and I would not consider staying in this room again!

The hotel is located in Downtown Dallas. The parking lot is across the street from the hotel and the parking fee is $30. There were many parties on the weekend when I checked in. There were rooms playing music and making noise at night. The soundproofing was very poor. The front desk handled it promptly after reporting it. The advantage is that it is very close to various attractions, you can go to Citywalk, and there is also a delicious barbecue restaurant.

I went there for one of the most convenient and best hotels in Dallas. But there was no Christmas atmosphere on Christmas Eve. There were very few people staying. It seems that I chose the wrong day.

The parking lot is open-air outside. On rainy days, I asked the front desk to borrow an umbrella to drive. After drinking two bottles of mineral water, I asked for three yuan a bottle.

Quite satisfactory four-star hotel, the public area is okay, with a sense of history, but disappointed with the rooms, the room facilities are just up to standard.

Of course I like it very much, worthy of the name.

九十年代名字有regency的酒店在深圳廣州是豪華的意思，很失望，我是貪交通方便開始兩天達拉斯不想租車才選的，但酒店附近網上找不到租車點才下機就租車直接到酒店，代客拍車要五十多刀一天，以為德州會比紐約便宜，結果沒有，到了才知道，酒店可能與enterprise車行有合作，酒店裡都是這家的租車。這兩年美國酒店的停車費都很貴。這家酒店再也不住，性價比不值，燈光老舊，房間設施比一般中檔連鎖還簡陋，衹有紙杯，浴缸是為幾歲小孩準備的，房間一面鏡子都沒有，進門的空置位置直覺以前應該有放置行李的架或者櫃，現在是留空，無法接受四星級偏高檔的商務酒店不提供玻璃杯或者陶瓷杯，入住酒店兩個晚上包早餐，因為慣例早餐後要簽單，都得付點消費，這沒關係，但酒店今天博懵在我離店後扣走第二天二人早餐連小費70刀，正與攜程客服處理中

一切都很好 只是浴巾有點髒
