Crowne Plaza DALLAS MARKET CTR - LOVE FIELD by IHG

The service and the hotel’s room were good. I like the energy of the front desks. They are really friendly and welcoming. I forgot to take a picture of the room.

Crowne was def a comfortable stay only thing I didn’t like was when I booked it said “free breakfast included” ; but the servers after we ate were saying they were gonna charge my bill after looking at my room number still very much confused about that & my stay was maybe 2 days ago for 4 days & I also didn’t like the fact when I booked it said I can do cash deposit for my “authorization hold” & card , but when I got too the front desk to check in they told me “they only accept card deposit” so I ended up having to use my card instead because they only do card holds for deposit , I didn’t like that confusion !!! Thank God I had extra money on my card but anywho very comfortable stay , very clean , also another thing the vents for the air are bad can’t feel any coldness & we had the air on the lowest temp bc it was hot during the afternoon times , but air was rarely circulating I wanna say due to how it was put in our specific room , & due to one of the vents not working please fix that !!! & also I feel like a microwave in the room would be great for amenities but other than that I rate my stay a 6.5/ 10 overall very quiet, neat, & comfortable it is in a busy area as well so be mindful of that also one more thing the mini fridge is very small & rarely cold don’t know if that was because of the air circulation due to the vents not working also so not lying about the vents bc 3 other white women were complaining about there air vents rarely getting cold & they were on a higher floor than me please get that checked out thank you !!!

Decent location, unfortunately the parking was not included and was an extra cost. Hotel was fine, a bit outdated, a bit noisy.

They stay was great. The first night I had an issue with the AC and they had a repair man by the name of Alex, I believe. He was able to fix the issue and I no longer had a hard time sleeping in the room. They are amazing! I would definitely recommend and stay in the future. Thank you.

It was a decent place to stay, good location a bit outside the city but not far, and clean. But not exciting or desirable for much other than for sleeping. The pool is small. But the gym is quiet and sufficiently equipped.

Love the hotel! It’s clean and beautiful. Breakfast is the best. Nice view too

The first room I checked into had an air conditioner that was as loud as an airplane engine. There was also no phone in the room, so I had to walk to the front desk to report it, and then they arranged a room change. The second room they gave me was clearly much smaller than the one I originally booked, but since I had a child with me and four suitcases, I didn’t bother asking for another change. The worst part is the air conditioner is still broken — it isn’t noisy, but the temperature keeps fluctuating between too cold and too warm.

Wonderful stay - courteous service, prompt response to my inquiries, quiet hotel which allowed me to relax and get much needed sleep. As a female travelling solo, I felt very safe.

After a long day of travel and flight delays and finally cancelled, I was treated very nice a front desk. Extremely nice !!
