The room had a few nicks and paint/varnish wearing off.
The TV didn't offer streaming from your phone, which is an expected amenity in any upscale hotel now.
The TV service in your Elliptical machines had the wrong channels associated with the guide. So trying to choose CBS and getting NBC, etc.
There is only ONE exercise mat in the fitness facility.
There are only two of the five treadmills functioning.
On the first day I requested two extra foam pillows. It took FIVE requests over two days to get TWO PILLOWS. Also, housekeeping removed the robe from the room but didn't give a replacement.
This is a Westin and supposedly a luxury experience. I have paid less for a resort on a beach in the Mexican Riviera than I did for this trip in Dallas.
This service was not close to worth it for the expense.
On a high note, the valet with the cowboy hat was great. Very active and provided great service.
