Despite checking in, selecting a room and submitting for keyless entry our room was not ready and the resort wanted to out us in a subpar room.

Great stay for a birthday. Stacy was great at check-in, the Chelsey and the breakfast staff at Ellie’s were friendly and attentive, and Angel, McKinley and Frankie went the extra mile at check-out.

Fabulous. Great service, beautiful architecture and the art is amazing. Room was bright, clean modern and stylish. Impeccable housekeeping and super comfortable beds. Walking distance to amazing galleries etc. Great value.

Wonderful staff and property. Rooms are clean and bright. Wonderful downtown views. Great toiletries and hair dryer. Robes and slippers are comfy. Spacious refrigerator. Plush linens. The area seems a little deserted but maybe it was the weather (raining during my stay). Staff is incredibly attentive and helpful. They’re there for every need. Will definitely stay here again.

There are no light switches by the bed in the room. To shut off the lights by the bed or behind the bed - you have to get out of bed and walk to the front door. I walked into furniture at night. the Staff said they are aware that some rooms to not have light switches except for the main switch which is ALL ON or ALL OFF. Really terrible and dangerous oversight for an expensive hotel like this. It is also illegal
