Beit Al Wali

Well, this place is amazing to say the least. GRACE, LUCY AND WA'AD were exceptional in their service and greetings. This made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. All staff were hospitable and accommodating. We were offered the junior suite which turned out to be tremendous with a terrace. The food was great and the coffee outstanding. As we checked out we took a photo with Grace, Lucy and Wa'ad to have the warmest memories. Highly recommend and will be sure to stay there again. Couldn’t ask for a better experience in Damascus! The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and gives you a historic experience. The hotel is extremely clean and the service is outstanding!!! The location is prime in the center of Damascus nearby everything needed. I visit the hotel every year and each time I am amazed more and more. Highly recommend!

Beit Alwali is a perfect place to have a full Damascene experience. The hotel is gorgeous and very accessible. Their yard is the perfect place to start your day. The service is excellent. They have an eye for details; they even washed milk bottels of our son. Breakfast is generous and tasty. Everything is well thought and taken care of. The staff are super friendly. We feel at home every time we visit this hotel, which has become a part of our trips to Damascus.

Every time I return to this resort called “The BEIT ALWALI” my admiration for the place and the crew increases. The place is very neat and elegant, and the service is five stars. We had the most amazing experience. The staff was the extremely helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and went out of their way to ensure our stay was above our expectations. The rooms were very clean and had all the amenities we needed and the beds were comfortable. The food was delicious and always available which is a plus for a very busy schedule. The check in and check out process was a breeze and honestly we didn’t want to leave!! We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to everyone!!
