I would say this is a very good 4.5 star hotel. I was very impressed snd would definitely choose this hotel again. The scenery was amazing and rooms were very clean. I only wish all my hotel picks were this good.

This amazing hotel is a hidden gem. We got a great discounted price thru Trip.com and ended up adding dinner. The food was amazing, so much to choose from, and great quality. As a swimmer, I really appreciated the 72 metre pool (U kid you not)!

They allocate me to their annex building which is a bit far from main hotel and stairs were so slippery because its raining. Im so worried i might skid on it. But overall is perfect.

Gorgeous view of the lake from our room, huge bathroom with picture windows, excellent breakfast and room service. Also very close to the Dambulla cave temple and Sigiriya.

A famous chain resort hotel in Sri Lanka. The overall design style fits in with the natural environment. The rooms are not luxurious but they are of good quality. The service is good, there are many service staff, and the labor is cheap.

The hotel is very famous in Sri Lanka, and the room facilities are very good. The environment is a bit poor, because when driving to the hotel by yourself, Google Maps navigates to the hotel through a long and narrow dirt road, not the asphalt Jetwing Road. If the hotel corrects the information to Google Maps, it may be helpful for self-driving guests.

The suite I booked was very comfortable, with a super large balcony and a great view. The bathroom and cloakroom were both large, and there was a separate tea room. A large plate of fruit was given upon check-in, and a bottle of beer was given per person in the suite. The hotel's dinner was also very good. In the afternoon, my family of three went for a SPA, which was quite cheap at more than 200 RMB per person. The hotel is very close to the Lion Rock and the Grottoes, which is very convenient.

The hotel is very beautiful and very integrated with nature. It is very close to Dambulla. The Jetwing Group is all plastic-free and has a strong environmental awareness. I like it very much. The check-in speed was a bit slow, but welcome drinks and snacks were provided during the check-in. The room is very large and an extra bed was given. It was very comfortable to stay with 3 adults and 1 child. The dinner buffet was booked starting at 7 o'clock. There were quite a lot of choices and the price was reasonable. The only thing I was not satisfied with was that we were in rooms 220 and 221, which were right above the restaurant, and right above the scrambled eggs + barbecue. The cooking smell was very strong after the restaurant opened, and the buffet was very noisy at night. The noise was not over until the restaurant was cleaned up in the middle of the night, which was not friendly to young children. Families who sleep light must avoid the rooms above the restaurant when booking, especially 220/221

The hotel is in a secluded location, with a sense of paradise, very quiet, large rooms, a swimming pool outside the rooms on the first floor, and good buffets in the morning and evening.
