Unbelievably no hot water running in the month of December and the hotel staff named Zahra said no refunds, no manager available and it's not their problem. Unapologetic and unconcerned. Worst hotel you will ever see. The number for manager was out of service.

Room was more than sufficient for the stay. Breakfast was rather poor, plastic cups for drinks and cardboard cups are not very appealing at breakfast table.

My transit hotel before leaving KSA after fews weeks in Jubail. 35-45 min to airport. Nearby Dammam corniche. Lots of restaurant nearby can be reach by walking distance. Wish to stay more days here.

I forgot my one piece dress at the hotel but they didn’t confirm back to me whether found or not yet?

Had issue on entry with dollars (need to take a cab fee km away from the hotel , and only after full fee collection the hotel let us in. We had dollars, both visa and master card didn’t work.

My stay at this hotel was terrible. The room had a strong, unpleasant smell and was very dirty. The front desk staff, including the owner, were rude and unhelpful when I complained. The hotel has nothing to recommend except the big room. They charge a cleaning fee for extended stay. This is the first time I have heard of this in all my years of business travel. The breakfast is monotonous.
