Honestly, an excellent hotel in terms of service, cleanliness, and everything else.

Location was good but not a lively area. A bit quite day and night. Breakfast (sohoor) was too simple.

Excellent location, comfortable rooms, spotless cleanliness, and a great breakfast. However, the spa, gym, and pool experiences have room for improvement and could be elevated to match the rest of the hotel's quality.

It was an excellent experience. The cleanliness and quietness were fantastic, and the facilities were very good. However, the pool needs to be covered to protect from the sun's heat and be a bit larger.

Excellent location, close to all amenities. A very, very, very comfortable and outstanding hotel. It's close to everything and everything you need is available, including breakfast. The staff at the front desk are exceptionally professional, fast, and helpful. Thank you, this isn't my first time here and it won't be my last! 👍🏻

The hotel's cleanliness is average to good, to be honest. However, I have a complaint about the food. The restaurant has very limited options, and unfortunately, every time I asked for something, it wasn't available. But the location is excellent, right in the middle of everything. Just be careful when you book a standard room; it will be at the very end of the hallway, even though they asked for my preference and I chose a room near the elevator.

Best cozy 5⭐️ and we get upgrade room to junior suite from miss receptionist Imaan. Recommended for married people and family :)

It is not the first time to book in the hotel and for sure won’t be the last. Highly recommended hotel to stay in. 🤗

It was a good stay. However, there was no breakfast buffet due to Ramadan. I think the staff should inform you of this when you check in. We ran late due to having to wait for room service.

Hotel is clean and accessible and staff are approachable

The rOOM is big. But it is very dark inside of the room. And the window can't be opened. Service is not good. No one Clean the room for me.

Excellent location, food and rooms

Every thing in hotel is great it is very clean and the food is very delicious with good variety The room space is good and they provide stove and microwave which is very helpful for family that stay multiple days The only comment is about the mattress it is very stiff actually not very comfortable and the swimming pool is very small and i think it should be at least covered from sun heat
