The service was really bad. They don't replace toiletries unless you specifically ask, and even then, it takes about 45 minutes. The cleaning staff were rude and took ages to bring disposable slippers, acting as if they didn't want to give them out. Absolutely terrible.

I will admit, I am a Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton kinda gal. I have stayed in some of the nicest hotels around the world for work and have been spoiled with the great food & great service.
