Laguna Cliffs Marriott Resort & Spa

I booked a sea-view room, but the location they gave me was very mediocre.

As a Marriott Platinum member, I really felt the service at this hotel was terrible. I queued for check-in at 4 PM and it took about 40 minutes to get in, with no distinction between membership levels. Secondly, the old hotel carpet smelled bad. I booked a sea-view room, but they gave me a room on the second floor with no sea view whatsoever. There was a construction site outside the window. It was incredibly dusty, and the chairs on the balcony were unusable; even after wiping them twice with towels, they were still black. It's definitely not worth 3500 yuan.

I come here every year. It's close to the beach and there are many choices of food nearby. It's a great place to spend the holiday. The weather is great. All the photos I took are desktop photos. The spa center has great service. Make an appointment in advance.

儘管度假村略顯陳舊，景色很美，餐廳前台服務專業友善。主餐廳僅提供早餐，咖啡廳提供的餐食質量不錯，服務尤其周到，但是餐單有點單薄！總而言之是一次不錯的住宿體驗！
