Courtyard Danbury

We checked in and went to our room and it was a king room. There were 4 of us. Room was reassigned to 2 queen beds with ada bath. Ada bath was a tub with 3 grab bars randomly placed. Toilet was extra low with no grab bars at all. I was unable to use it at all. The housekeeping staff was the best! Breakfast was cooked to order and good

Clean, modern, comfortable rooms, attentive staff, very nice lounge area in lobby. Pool a bit small, but adequate, would have been nice if they included breakfast.

Staff were excellent and just so kind. Upon check in staff was friendly and offered water. Upon check out I went over to get three coffees for my family but had my hands full and the front desk guy (forgot his name) came over with a small box and helped pack them up for me. Just so thoughtful and helpful.

Business facility adequate. Very clean room possible, since they are newly renovated. From the time you walk through the door everything looks new, the elevator, carpet, furniture, greeted with fresh fruits, and refreshing water. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, a fresh smell throughout the hotel. You will feel very comfortable and safe, plentybof free parking, eatery and shopping.

I was pleasantly surprised when I checked out and the staff member asked how the concert was. It took me a minute to realize when I checked in, I was asked what brought me there and realized he noted it in the computer. The personal touch was very nice
