The view from the room was excellent, and this stay was truly wonderful! The hotel's location is superb, making it very convenient for getting around. The room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring I had a great night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, making me feel right at home. It offers incredible value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

The price was acceptable, and so were the facilities and environment. However, when you put the price and the facilities together, it became unacceptable. We had two rooms with outdated decor, and many facilities were faulty. Details below: 1. We booked for two days. On the second day, the toilet started clogging. After one flush, it would fill up halfway. 2. In my parents' room, a huge cricket was crawling on the bedsheet late at night, scaring them badly. In my own room, a fly flew in during the middle of the night. 3. The wall socket panels in the hotel would fall off with a touch, and they couldn't be reattached. 4. The 'uninterrupted power supply' bedside socket: I plugged in my phone to charge before bed, and in the morning, the battery was almost red. It turned out there was no power at all; it only showed the charging icon for a second when plugged in. It was actually 'un-, interrupted power.' 5. The clothesline dispenser in the bathroom also fell off with a touch. It took ages to put it back on, and I didn't dare use it again. 6. The hotel was undergoing renovations. The corridors and elevator entrances were filled with dust, completely disregarding the guests' comfort. 7. Our room was a corner unit with enough space. Couldn't they have put in an extra chair or a sofa chair? With a child, two people staying there meant one person could use the armchair while the other had to sit on the edge of the bed, which wasn't comfortable either. The layout was truly baffling. One thing I found particularly unbelievable: there was a compensation list on the room's desk, detailing prices for damaged items. These facilities combined with that price list were simply ironic.

The room was clean and the service was attentive. The only downside was that it was a bit small and didn't have a river view. Everything else was very satisfactory.

Parking: No charging stations available. It's a shared underground parking lot with the adjacent residential area. You need to get an exit pass from the front desk every time you leave. There's no elevator from the parking lot directly to the hotel; you have to walk to the back entrance to reach the lobby. Check-in: The process was quick. They proactively provided extra amenities based on the number of guests. Kids even got slippers and toothbrushes. Cleanliness: Generally clean, but the place is old. There were mold spots on the comforter. The sink drain was clogged, but an engineer came to fix it quite quickly. During my two-day stay, the shower gel ran out on the second day, which indicates that amenities weren't replenished promptly after the previous guest checked out. Laundry Room: The hotel has a self-service laundry room on the 7th floor, which also offers laundry service. There are two washing machines and two dryers. However, there's a serious queue in the evenings, so I went to do my laundry and drying early the next morning. Also, I checked in on the 2nd and 3rd, but the laundry room's cleanliness and equipment check log was still dated July 25th, suggesting it hasn't been maintained since then. I also couldn't figure out how to add laundry detergent. Breakfast: You need to collect a voucher for the next day's breakfast every evening; they don't give them all at once. Extra adults cost 20 per person, and children under 1.3 meters eat free. The breakfast selection was limited to one aisle: one coffee machine, milk, orange juice, croissants, one type of small cake, toast, one fruit, vegetable salad, one soup, two types of congee, red bean buns, yam, four hot dishes, and six types of pickles. Freshly prepared items included fried eggs and Zhajiangmian (fried sauce noodles).

Great location with convenient transportation, and no traffic jams! The riverfront is right outside, perfect for an evening stroll. It's also not far from Broken Bridge. The hotel has a huge parking lot! The staff are very friendly! The last two pictures are just for filler.

The hotel environment is quite good, and it's clean. The front desk service is very friendly, especially numbers 003 and 033. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

This hotel is located right by the Yalu River, and from our room, we had a distant view of the river and North Korea across the way. It's a convenient 5-minute drive to the Yalu River Broken Bridge, and parking was easy. We had an issue that required an early check-out, but the front desk manager handled it promptly and professionally. Excellent service!

The front desk lady who checked us in was very enthusiastic and arranged a comfortable room for us, thoughtfully resolving all our issues. The front desk lady during checkout was also incredibly attentive and warm, which goes to show how excellent the front desk management is. When my elderly parents couldn't find their room after breakfast, the housekeeping lady patiently helped them out, and my parents mentioned she was smiling the whole time while resolving the problem.

Looking at the description, it seems the hotel opened in 2017, and upon arrival, the decor did feel a bit dated. However, the hygiene and facilities were quite good. The front desk staff, especially the younger gentlemen and ladies, had an absolutely fantastic service attitude! They even gave gifts to kids. The location is excellent; turn left out of the hotel, and you're at the Yalu River in less than a hundred meters, with Sinuiju, North Korea, directly opposite. The Broken Bridge is within walking distance, and a taxi to Andong Old Street costs around ten yuan. There's a parking lot entrance to the left of the hotel entrance – the road leading in is a bit rough, but there are plenty of spaces inside, though it can get crowded. Just remember to ask the front desk for a parking voucher before you head out. Thumbs up! 👍👍👍👍👍👍

Great location, right by the Yalu River. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful, attentive, and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. A really pleasant experience overall.

The hotel is conveniently located by the river, about 3 kilometers from the Yalu River Broken Bridge. Check-in at the front desk was quick and the service was excellent. The room was clean and tidy. Parking in the underground garage was also convenient.

Great location with a view of the Yalu River. The front desk staff were warm and attentive. Plenty of dining options nearby, including a 'Minguo Xiaohuajuan' restaurant with freshly stir-fried dishes. On the downside, the hotel has an older decor, some light switches were broken, and there was a musty smell. The restaurant staff's service quality was also poor.

The lobby is magnificent, and the service is excellent. However, the rooms are a bit dated now, with some dirty crevices, and the TV doesn't support screen mirroring. Breakfast is also quite poor. Other than that, everything else is pretty good. Oh, and there's an underground parking garage, but it's shared with a residential complex, which makes it a bit messy.

Excellent! The service was fantastic, and the room was clean and tidy. It's super close to the Yalu River, just a one-minute walk away. When we checked out, they even gave a small gift to my child and some bottled water!
