The hotel does not have an elevator, and there is no waiter to help us carry our luggage, I hope it can be improved

踩雷，五雷轟頂！辣雞的一批吧，給我爸父母訂的，回來聽完老兩口的描述我真是愧疚不堪。確實因為行程決定的緊，大概出行前一天才訂的酒店，就在縣城車站1km輻射區選擇了平台有房、評價較高的下單了。1.老兩口説房間在五樓，沒有電梯，各位腿腳不便的、有行李的，謹慎選擇；2.進門後沒有喝的水、沒有衞生紙，要打電話問前台要的時候，發現座機是擺設，無電話線，倆長者因趕路也累了，在樓上喊了十分鐘吧，聽見樓下音樂有人説：樓上有人喊服務員。但久久無人迴應。無奈長者又走下五樓反映情況，服務員不耐煩用方言回答大概意思就是“我們在吃飯啊你看不到嗎！”就是很有理的態度吧；3.晚上我母親在她床邊發現大片血漬，長者家電話跟我説挺害怕，不太敢睡覺，怕有人半夜闖進來行兇（畢竟服務已經疏漏到上面描述的程度了）；4.燒水壺等一系列酒店配備設施都是擺設，臟的要命，想都別想用了；5.第二日早上我父母要退房、寄存不值錢的負累行李，還是一樣，在樓下喊破嗓子沒人在崗，無奈我父母又將行李放回五樓酒店房間，去了經典，趕在12點退房前趕回來（擔心耽誤酒店退房時間）。ps，酒店一二樓是麻將館子，服務員大概是比較上心麻將館的事業，所以能想到基本都是熬到很晚，也也並非專業酒店管理，所以早上是沒有服務人員在崗的。以上，這輩子遇上過最令人髮指的酒店，描述有半點虛假天打雷劈。遺憾我父母並未拍攝一張照片，他們沒有這個意識，各位看評論的也沒法開眼了，好奇者可速速訂購。最後祝凱悦酒店大吉大利，生意紅紅火火
