Overall the hotel was good, however the staff wasn’t helpful

I should of checked the bed before we went to sleep. Woke this morning with hair on the sheets that wasn't mine. I wanted to throw up. Got in the shower and my feet were full of hair, again not mine. The blind was broken. The shower had very poor pressure.

Great location for overnight stay in advance of a cruise. Area is safe and affords many dining opportunities. Hotel is clean and well maintained. I have stayed here before and will stay here again!

Shower caulk needs attention. Breakfast excellent. Dinner was good but long wait for food.

breakfast was o.k. suprised that you charged for breakfast, pool area was great enjoyed it.

Had trouble getting regular tv. Called the desk and they thought it might be the remote and were suppose to send out a tech but he never showed. Finally got the tv and were afraid that if we shut it off we would not be able to get regular tv back. Could not get the window shade to go up. Could not get the hand held shower to operate. Dont know if we stay there again.

Air conditioner system did not work. Ran cold on high all night. No hot water that night but finally in morning. Woke up with bites all over my legs

Excellent location near stores and restaurants. Great pool area. Big room, nice updated blinds. Good air conditioning. Great bathroom products. Good decor. Hot water take long to arrive which can be aggravating.
