Cambria Hotel Ft Lauderdale, Airport South & Cruise Port

My room was dirty and only the bed was made. When asked to have the room cleaned or move to a new room the hotel was booked up and the room service had left for the day. They came the next morning after 9am to clean. Horrible experience tbh. Manager offered a 40% discount on the day I couldn’t shower since the shower hadn’t been cleaned and had to sleep in a dirty room with sticky floors from not being mopped

The room had an odor. Front desk staff is average. Parking is convenient. Beds were clean.

Room is extremely dated. The air conditioning unit is sporadic and extremely loud. It’s impossible to sleep through it. Room size is adequate but everything is old. There isn’t enough lighting in the room. Location is good and mattress is good. Staff in the evening for check in was awful - not friendly or professional. They wouldn’t explain why it took so long to check into our room at 9pm. When asked why it was taking so long they didn’t explain and just said to wait. Would not recommend this place.

We called for the airport shuttle. Was informed it would be an hour to 1 1/2 hour wait. We ended up with Uber

Spent 2 nights here and the rooms were clean, trendy furniture both inside the room and throughout the hotel. The front desk staff, Nisha, and waitress, Debbie, were amazing!! Would definitely stay here again.

When I book a Cambria hotel. I don't expect luxury but at least we wants a clean hotel. No broken tiles and dirty stain furniture. The place stink so bad.

Super clean, good location right by the highway. Self checkout snacks in lobby super nice getting back late after an event. Room is roomy, clean and very comfortable

Decent place but going downhill. Bed had urine stains and a towel had been placed under the sheet to soak something up. Staff didn't seem surprised. Don't ask for the shuttle. Pricey for what you get.
