Would we stay at this hotel again, yes. It was clean and a great location. There is an iPad in the lobby where you can order a shuttle to take you to your cruise port, you have to pre pay when you use this iPad. We paid for 5 people to get the shuttle to the port. Our boarding time was 12:30, so we ordered to be picked up at noon. When we placed the order it told us to be ready in the lobby at 11:45. We were ready earlier than that. The shuttle service may have been telling the front desk they were running late, but no one communicated that to us. So at 12:15 we ordered an Uber, it picked us up at 12:17 and now the Ways Shuttle service will not refund us our money. If you want to get to your port during your actual boarding time, DO NOT USE THEIR SHUTTLE SERVICE, use a ride share srvice
