Hotel is about 15 min drive from FLL Airport, location is nearby the highway, so don’t expect too much, I paid like US$180 for just one night, I thought is kind of expensive, as hotel is very basic, and they only allowed check in after 3pm, as I disembarked from a cruise ship, got into the hotel early, so unable to get any room available, went shopping at a mall near Miami, came back at 3pm, room still not ready, make to wait another 1 hr, till 4pm then able to obtained the room key, breakfast was nothing great, very basic & dining area look so cheap!

1. Shuttle picked us up from the airport
2. Front desk staff met us with a smile and gave us keys to our room although it was 11am, and we hadn’t formally requested early check-in.
3. Huge room, clean bathroom, no spots or dust.
4. Starbucks station at the front desk and several decent eateries (plus nice stores) within a short walk from the hotel.
5. Lots of other hotels nearby, so, I’d say, it’s a safe area; strolled up to Dania Pointe and noticed patrol cars stationed at almost every corner…🤔
6. Digital sign up option at the front desk for shuttle to the cruise port ($16.99/person one way)

Love the staff who are super friendly, considerate, smiling and make everyone feel welcomed. Rooms and facility are great. Walking distance to food and stores.

The Good - Location, Staff and Shuttle.
The Bad - We lost water for one night. Power another night. Hot water during the day. This was all made-up later on, but it would have been nice to not have hiccups on a family vacay.

This place was great. We had a redeye into FLL. We called to get the free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The driver was prompt and friendly, even at 5:30AM. Upon arriving, we did not have reservations until that night but the kind and friendly front desk gal (wish I had caught her name!) looked to see if a room was available even though they were full. Luckily, they had one. We paid a little extra for early check in but had a lovely breakfast (included) before going to our room to sleep. The area is very nice and within short walking distance to numerous stores, restaurants and a movie theater. When I talked to someone at the front desk about how the rest of our party would not make it in time to need the other room we reserved due to weather-related flight delays, they were very kind and tried to help in any way. When I asked to charge a soda to my room as I left, they said no charge for all the trouble we are going through. The only complaint I have was when I asked for a couple extra towels the next morning at breakfast. The person at the front desk said it would be 30 min before housekeeping would deliver them. Plan ahead if you need extras. They charge $15 per person for their cruise ship transport. It was cheaper and quicker for us to get Uber/Lyft. But I would definitely stay again.

Hotel had a water issue. Water was shut off. They took too long to yells us. Had to check into a different hotel. Staff was not friendly or helpful when trying to find last min accommodations. Their shuttle could not take us to another Hyatt property.
