Sheridan Suites Apartments

The room was clean, with a well equipped kitchen that included 2 mini fridges, kettle, coffeemaker, microwave and cooktop. It’s set into a residential fairly quiet neighborhood. Pool was a nice extra. Small complaint was that the bright lights from the pool and walkway lighten the room at night even with drapes closed. Overall a good value considering the much higher cost of staying in downtown Fort Lauderdale.

I was not comfortable at the hotel. Kind of felt like Ft Knox- we had to go thru a locked gate just to get in. Place was kept fairly nice but just didn’t feel like I was in a very safe area.

Privately owned small older property. Rooms were ok, restrooms updated. Pool was descent.

Room was dirty and area didnt feel safe. Amenities were there but I did not feel safe nor clean. Luckily it was a quick visit for me. Very noisy area also.

Room was in a very good condition shower clean and nice stayed one night so did not encounter any of the stuff kitchen is under equipped.

My experience the place was very clean very secure. I will return if I’m ever in South Florida thanks for the wonderful stay.

The room was not as clean as I am use to. We were not instructed on how to use the door like locking it. I was very disappointed in the staff at the office - not adequate times to get ahold of them. I had left some clothes in the closet and no one from the hotel called to let me know - I realized the next morning and had to get an UBER and drive out there then to try and find someone to help was ridiculous! I called emergency line 3 times within an hour and no one called me. One of the house keepers came and I tried to communicate with her but here English wasn't that good. She called the office people, and I spoke to someone and she said\d the other lady in office should be there. She wasn't but came about 15 minutes later. They had put my clothes (which were on my own hangers) in a bag and took the hangers. I asked for them and they went and got them. Left with a very unpleasant experience. Do NOT recommend this place. Not customer friendly.

Great stay. The place was big enough and had all accommodations available. Check in was easy online. Any time we needed anything the office was quick to help. Shower hot water was very mid, but it could’ve been related to the recent cold weather. Everything else was great.

To be honest when we pulled up I was a little scared as it looked run down. Once inside it was actually awesome. It was super clean and just what my family needed from being stranded due to a massive snowstorm. Office was on top of anything that I needed. The other guests got along great with us. It also was a great value.
