avid hotel FT LAUDERDALE AIRPORT - CRUISE by IHG

Hotel conveniently located for the airport or the highway to Miami (Interstate 95). Otherwise, it's far from the action. The rooms are large and modern, but some things are already worn out and the cleanliness could be a little better. In addition, there were repeated problems with the doors closing. Breakfast is included, but not particularly tasty. The gym is relatively small and equipped with dumbbells, a treadmill, an ergometer, and a cable machine. The staff was not particularly friendly, but not rude either. Overall, a good hotel for one night, but not for longer stays.

Breakfast didn’t have great selection and hotel is older and could use updating. Service was great! No issues, front desk was cheery and responsive

I really enjoyed my stay at Avid Hotel in Fort Lauderdale! The hotel has a clean, minimalist style that feels modern and refreshing. One of my favorite features was the 24-hour tea and coffee bar—such a nice touch! The breakfast selection was great too, especially the inclusion of yogurt, peanut butter, and other healthier options. My room was spotless, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always willing to assist with anything I needed. I had a great stay and would definitely stay again!

Rooms, especially the rusted out bathroom are need a refresh. Breakfast and coffee were nice though. Staff were a bit recalcitrant bar one.

No words....just amazing. Room was clean, Customer service is great and shuttle to and from the airport 👏

Didn’t have very high expectations given just above average reviews but this hotel exceeded all expectations. Large clean rooms, plenty of free parking, comfortable beds, friendly staff and good breakfast. One of the best FLL airport hotels

I don’t know how this hotel have good reviews  The breakfast is very bad no choice and very small area to eat your breakfast, the room service after they visit my room or I mean they must be cleaned they left my room door open all day until I came at night and when I complained to the manager he can’t do anything one of the worst hotel ever

This place was great! The only issue we had was on the last day where someone ended up smoking in their room and the smell was circulated into our room.

Terrible!! Upon arriving at the airport and getting our luggage I called to arrange a pickup. Was put on hold for 10 to 15 minutes. Samantha picks up and puts me on hold again. Spoke with Samantha at 9:24pm gave her my number and everything. She told me to go to E. 9:55 still no transportation. I called back Samantha he’s on his way she told me the name was on the van. 10:15 I called she won’t pick up the phone. I called twice no answer. I used my husband’s phone and Samantha picks up and tells my husband. It too late we can’t get a ride. Terrible terrible service. Get to the hotel she gives us the worst room size of a shoebox no where to open your luggage. The room smelled. Definitely would not recommend this hotel.
