저렴한 가격에 잘 이용했습니다. 제천, 단양, 청풍지역을 여행 할때는 항상 소노문단양을 이용하는데요, 접근성도 좋고 편안하게 쉬다 올수 있습니다.

시설이 노후되어 조명이 어둡고 현관문 센서등도 고장

시설면에서는 복합리조트라좋지만(bbq,편의점) 분리수거를해야된다는단점... 방청결 및 내부는 좀구림 데스크직원도 친절하지않음

위치는 양호한 편이었고 시설이 다소 낡았으나 비용 대비 무난한 수준이었음 공간은 넓어 좋았음 직원들의 친절도는 무난한 편이었음

Personally, I don't think I'll ever go again. Customer service is not good. I booked a room with a queen bed and a single bed through Trip.com. They say there is no room like that here, but they don't know why it's listed like that on the website. The manager says this is the first time something like this has happened in 20 years of working, and he apologizes to the customer at the end of the day. When the other person called from his room, he told me to come down to the lobby, but he couldn't even respond. I was really annoyed because I didn't know what to do. I came here with a good heart, but I felt really bad.

Overall Review: The trip to Danyang was good, but the accommodations were disappointing. 1. Facilities: Old. The bathroom walls were broken in some places, and the overall room felt old. 2. Supplies: Insufficient. I booked a family room for 4 people, but the only towels were four face towels (smaller than regular towels...). If you would like to receive additional towels, we recommend bringing them as there is an additional charge. 3. View: It’s nice to see the mountains.

I went there before because I had a ticket. This time, I made a reservation through Trip. The child had a great time playing in the swimming pool inside.

Although it is old and deteriorated, It was kept clean. I was able to enjoy the view facing the river and mountains. With friends I met after a long time I had a happy time.

I had a good time sightseeing and had a good rest. It was nice because there was a lot to see around. One thing that was disappointing was that all the stores closed early.

시설은 노후됐으나 편의시설은 나쁘지않습니다

차타고 주변으로 이동하기에 딱 좋았던 곳 같아요 성수기때 가서 주차장에서 많은 시간을 투자했던 것과 체크인 하기 힘들긴 했는데 시설도 좋고 뷰도 좋았어요

아무래도 좀 오래되서 낙후되긴 했는데 깨끗하고 친구들끼리 놀기 좋았어요 가족단위도 많아서 체크인 체크아웃때 대기가 많았어요 시설 잘 돼있고 편의점 있어서 좋아요

단양 단양시내 중심부에 있어서 구경시장과 강변산책로 접근성이 좋아요. 저녁먹고 시장구경하다가 강변산책로따라서 걷다보면 적당히 소화된후 소노문에 도착합니다. 걸어서 올라오는길이 약간 힘들긴 해도..
