Jingmao Hotel (International Glasses City Danyang Railway Station)

There was no front desk at the hotel after midnight. I lost my room key and was told I couldn't get in. They told me to try and squeeze into the security room. They had absolutely no attitude in handling the problem.

What a pleasant surprise! Although it's newly opened and has a slight odor, I expect that will be resolved after a while. It'll be bustling once the 1958 Cultural Park across the street is completed. I'll definitely buy my glasses here!

The hotel is spacious and newly opened. The rooms are comfortable, with high-end decor and are very clean. It's close to Danyang Glasses City, within walking distance. The breakfast is plentiful. The customer service is friendly and polite. I'll definitely stay here again!

The hygiene was poor. The hotel had just opened, yet the towels were already severely worn, and there was even a long hair in one of the bath towels. There was also a long hair on the shower glass. The front desk staff were very welcoming and partially met guest requests, but given the vacancy, offering a small room upgrade to attract repeat customers was a good idea. It's a bit unreasonable for a newly opened hotel to implement cost-cutting measures so soon. And the TV in such a new hotel was leaking so badly it wouldn't even turn on – that's ridiculous.

We were hosting clients, and they booked over thirty room nights in total. The hotel, newly opened in July, has a very nice environment. The service in the housekeeping and dining departments was very polite, and the prices were more favorable than Xiangyi Hotel. The Chinese restaurant on the second floor was very upscale, but the breakfast on the 14th floor was a bit disappointing; they didn't even have coffee. Also, try to avoid having the front desk assign you a room directly facing Danyang Station, otherwise you'll be woken up early in the morning by the station's announcements.

The newly opened hotel is less than a 10-minute walk from Danyang Station. The price is very reasonable, and the hotel photos are exactly as pictured. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable. A special shout-out to Xiao Yuan at the front desk! It was my first time in Danyang, and he was incredibly helpful in answering my questions. As someone who rarely forgets things at hotels, I did leave a shirt behind this time, and I'm so grateful he mailed it back to me. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Danyang! 😀

The hotel has a good location, near the Glasses City, with underground parking. The rooms are quite spacious and well-equipped. The staff are friendly, and the local pot-lid noodles are delicious! One complaint is the poor bathroom design. The glass door doesn't isolate odors or provide privacy; instead, it blocks the doorway when open. I suggest removing it. Also, it would be better to separate the toilet and shower with an opaque wall, as it's a bit awkward for two people showering and using the toilet to see each other.

Located near Danyang Glasses City, not far from the city center, it's quiet and not crowded. The room was very clean, with disposable toilet seat covers and bathtub bags provided – excellent attention to detail! The breakfast was particularly good, especially the noodles – thumbs up! 👍 The front desk service was great, very accommodating. We even asked for extra blankets because we had a child with us, and no problem!
