There was no remote control for the air conditioner in the room. The carpet in the corridor felt old. The faucet in the bathroom had very little water. The service really needs to be improved. There is no professionalism at all. Don't they even avoid smoking in front of customers? They don't even say hello. The hardware facilities are really not good enough. How can it be rated as a three-brick hotel on Ctrip? Overall, the check-in experience is not very good. There are so many empty rooms. Can't they arrange them better? Why bother..."
