Hôtel Mercure Alger Aéroport

The service was okay. But there were some miscommunications regarding the hotel transfer, so we had to wait for almost 40 minutes before we decided to take taxi. Time wasted. Other than that, it was okay.

No more next time. No air-conditioning. Luckily is end of winter season, at least open the window for some fresh air. Room environment smells.

Overall stay was just good, buffet breakfast was good and mix of Arabic and western cuisine , backside shopping centre was advantage

Once arrived to my room , strong smell of cigarettes window was broken and the curtains were damaged.. Got changed to a different room after making a complaint . People smoking on the corridors not respecting smoking policy. I could smell strong smell when walking in the corridors. Once landed in the airport I was ringing hotel for transfer however the reception did not pick up my phone calls at all therefore I had to book a taxi to get there . I have mentioned the phone calls to receptionist he replied that they are too busy to answer. Over all the cleanliness was not great especially the rooms , looks different in the pictures of the website . staff are nice to clients as well as the service.

Location is perfect, room is very clean even though it has some moist smell at the beginning. Overall facilities were maintained very well. However, this hotel lacks international power point facilities such as USB charging port and universal plug point. Others, I am happy.
