Hôtel Mercure Alger Aéroport

The location is good and the room status is average tv was not working , but the service and the receptionist team  was horrible

I booked a room as a non Muslim during Ramadan and I was able to have room service. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location and good security.

One of the worst hotels I have stayed at! It is filthy and totally worn out! The service is awful. Staff are rude and disrespectful! The room was absolutely disgusting with clogged bathroom sinks. We saw live electrical wires coming out from the wall. Hallway was dirty. The lift were working half of the time. It does not deserve a 4 star rating! 2-star would probably be too much of a rating. I will never go back to it!

Good location and nice service. Bathroom door could not be closed. I hard time using the bathroom shampoo and body wash!

The service was okay. But there were some miscommunications regarding the hotel transfer, so we had to wait for almost 40 minutes before we decided to take taxi. Time wasted. Other than that, it was okay.

The hotel is near the airport and has a shuttle service. Room are a bit old and they do not have many plugs. Swimming pool is nice but the bar is not well assorted. Breakfast is full of choice but it can be really chaotic.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The front office staff were extremely slow and unhelpful. Instead of assisting, they complained about being overwhelmed with work. Every time I went to the front desk, there was a long line, and many guests were also voicing their complaints. The rooms, especially the bathroom, were very dirty, and proper cleaning was not done during my stay and even before it. Additionally, the breakfast was very limited with no variety at all. Overall, this hotel did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend it to others.
