Rainbow Hotel

The room is old and only one bottoe of drinking water provided regardless of your stay duration. Neighborhood is run down. The only advsntage is the location near the ferry terminal. Lamp in the room has no lamp shade and the power socket is unconspuculoyslt located

From the reception door the service was pathetic. Had a delayed flight which made us arrive at the hotel after 1am.....The security guard was sleeping together with the lady at reception.....The lady at reception had a stinking attitude and gave us a room which was smelly and had a leak in the bathroom. We had to ask for a change and the next one had 1 bed yet i specifically asked for 2 single beds.....We then later settled for another room but the experience was horrible. If possible please rremove that hotel from your list of possible hotels to stay in that area.

Hotel is good to stay. It’s worthwhile

I recently stayed at Hotel Rainbow in Dar es Salaam, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The breakfast was absolutely horrible, and the rooms were infested with cockroaches. Additionally, the fridge in the room didn’t work, and there was no water in the sink. The overall service was pathetic. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone
