Everything was perfect from the start to the beginning. Our room was very clean and cleaned everyday. We had everything we needed in the room, sandwich maker, plates, forks knives spoons, a fridge to keep drinks and food. Even had an electric stove to cook or to heat up food. Air conditioning. Our room had a balcony which was great, also with a view to the sea. The cleaning lady made sure to have our room cleaned and in order for us daily, she even made sure to surprise us with towel art she made and left on the bed also with some flowers for us. Thank you for that was very nice. The owner was very kind and helped us with everything we needed, guided us for our trips and recommended where to go and when to go and how to go. Always asked us if we are good or needed everything. He even gave us a ride to the airport the day we left which was very nice because our flight was really early in the morning. We rented a car for some trips and we had a parking place at the hotel, very convenient. The hotel is very well placed because you have the beach like literally 2 min away, you have restaurants really close and shops markets nearby. Overall we had a really good time, I believe we got the best out of the money we paid there, maybe got more then we paid for so thank you very much. When we come back to Chania we will definitely choose Iolkos Hotel Apartments again! Thank you for everything.
