The West Gate Posada by Summit

Service is excellent , beautiful location , delicious breakfast , very clean !

We came as family and stayed their for 2 nights though lift was not working we have to climbed stair. we booked room with jacuzzi hot water was not enough for the jacuzzi staff was helpful to provide hot bucket of water but it was not the kind of service we expected from 5star property. Location was bit far from mall road. Staff are courteous to help us food was good, although good experience above some points where manger need to take care of.

Hi guys, Sharing a pathetic and terrible experience with Summit West gate Posada Darjeeling. This hotel does not have a proper electric backups. My travel was between 15-16 March and both these days we did not have proper electricity in hotel. Basic intercom was not functioning as well so we had to go to reception in dark and ask for help. I don't how they call themselves 5*. It's not even giving 1* experience. Staffs are rude. Linens and floorings have dropping and stains. When asked for breakfast for at 7:30 am which they claim for breakfast they say they can't give breakfast as I need to wait . We had check out at 8am and travelling with Senior citizens of which some were diabetic. They did not listen and were very rude. Never ever visit this hotel guys. I will fight my level best to get full refunds as we know how much of issues we faced. Best Regards Ajith Shankar

Best experience with Summit Posada very Cooperative staff specially Bhumika ,Prajokta & Nishant from front desk and Repbommit ,Aman and James from Restaurant They are great asset to the property

The stay was fabulous and the service was top-notch . We were taken care of very well by the staffs and had a wonderful stay .Would like to mention Prajokta and Bhumika from Front office and Repbommit and Riya from service . Would like to mention Sawan and Aditya as well for great service

The room was clean and well maintaned. The staff took great care of us and fulfilled all requests. The food was tasty and made hygenic. Though some issue with hot water but the service was great. Like to mention Ricky, James, Nishant and chef Pratik for their great service.

Nice Hotel and Services. Good Place to stay. Very near by to mall road. Weather was pleasant . Hotel was very clean and comfortable.

Location is fantastic. Walking is around 1.6km (took 20-25 minutes slow paced walk) to mall road, heart of evening in Darjeeling. Room was very spacious with a very well planned bathroom. Millon dollar of Mt. Kanchanjunga from the room. Is not possible to name all of them but all staff including front end staff, reception, room service and dinning area that we came in contact were extremely friendly and informative. Check-in was with local customary KHADA. We had some time to kill between check-out time and arrival of our transport, my wife developed nausea and staff immediately extended our check-out. Breakfast always had a local speciality. We truly appreciate the hospitality offered
