Crescent Resort, Darjeeling

We stayed with family & friends for 2 days in Room nos 403&404. It was very pleasant experience at front office for checkin very fast and nice support fro m staff Mr Anurag/Ajay in specific for all the support. We really enjoyed our stay and the Restaurant was awesome with variety of buffet choice of food and it was very tasty. Mr Netra -Chef was so nice and one of our guest is specific with restricted food and he arranged and the restaurant staff Mr Hissay and ***ish are vey nice and we have enjoyed our 2 days of stay without any complaint - We strongly recommend this hotel not to miss and the property location and view is fantastic. Will visit again

I have good experience from Crescent Resort. Restaurant staff are also supportive, specially Shiva, Sabin, Arpan & Hissey. They take care very well. Thanks Cresent ***agement. Cresent Resort’s rooms are very cleaning. View is also very Good.

Excellent room and facilities. Ambience is good and will be a good to choice for those looking for a comfortable stay with tasty food. Staff here are very helpful and always available for any assistance. You rarely take a NO from them. Special shout out to ***ish, Shiva, Chedoph, Nisika and Krithi for the unforgettable hospitality. I can truly say that we found a go to place for our future visits to Darjeeling. Looking forward for a visit again.

The view of hotel is good and restaurant is good . In restaurant they are serving kindly. They always serving with simle.that's what I like here and temprature is good. Especially thanks for given nice hospitality by staff. Sajan,Sabin,kriti and stuti thank you.

Excellent hotel and hospitality.Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful especially Ms Aakanshya Pradhan in restaurant.Rooms are comfortable.Room heater was helpful.Front desk staffs provided excellent service.It’s not like a home but it’s better than being a house guest.

The welcome was wonderful with excellent hospitality and very tasty dinner. In-fact we reached late night at the hotel but still they awaited and prepared dinner as per our order and served to our happiness. The rooms are clean and we recommend to opt this resort for a genuine tourist.

The staff are too good, polite and always ready to attend, especially Arpan Ta***g. I just wanted to know about local delicacies and never heard about Aaloo Mimi previously. He went to the market and bought the mimis and serve it. Food was awesome.

Everything was fine, the staff was very friendly and food was good.Arpan Ta***g in the dinner was very courteous and helpful. Now the bad experience. We were in room 208 and pigeons were making noise allnight . They changed our room to 307 after two nights but room 307 was even worst than 208. We put up with it .

Staff is very friendly. Sajan, Sabin, Kriti & Stuti helped us a lot. Some food items reminded me my childhood days. Especially Mushrooms in “fresh mushrooms in Schezwan sauce” reminded me my village. View from the restaurant & rooms is amazing.
