We had an awesome time at Taj Chia Kutir Resort and Spa. The place is surrounded by natural beauty and the staff make you feel comfortable. Everyone of the staff right from the drivers driving us from Siliguri to Front Office staff Milu and Khushi to Asfa who explained us various activities, were superb! Food at Sonargaon was outstanding and the F&B Manager was very helpful.

Excellent hospitality by the staff, especially by Miss Nilu Pandey, she was very helpful. The food was amazing, clean room, everything was just a phone call away, ***ager at the restaurant was very prompt to adhere all our requirements, cabs provided by the resort was clean with well ***nered chauffeur. Overall our stay was good and we hope to return very soon, this time for a longer period of time.

Hi Team, Firstly, thank you for giving us such cheerful memories during our stay at Taj Chia Kutir, Darjeeling. I wanted to mention an incident and express my gratitude to the team for resolving the issue. At check-in, we encountered a problem with my Epicure membership not showing up in the system, and we were asked to consider this a normal non-portal booking. This issue arose due to a recent update in the TATA system, which consolidated all accounts under a single umbrella. Despite checking with the reception team, they were unable to assist us. In the evening, we spoke with the Manager, Mr. Amit, who assured us to enjoy our stay without any worries as he would sort out the issue. Within an hour, he resolved the problem by thoroughly checking the data in the system. Mr. Amit was very friendly and attentive, ensuring we enjoyed our two-night stay at Taj. Thank you, Taj Hospitality, for your excellent service. We hope to visit again. Cheers.

Wonderful experience, courteous staff , well maintained property. Fantastic view , nice ambience, lovely evening live flute music , nice morning yoga, enjoyable indoor heated swimming pool, nice experience of Makaibari tea factory visit

Best locted within tea garden having option for guided tour to tea estate and also complimentry visit to makaibari tea factory Valley view from the hotel with tea garden all around is a life time experience The services inside the hotel is matching the Taj/TATA brand

Taj Chia kutir located in kurseaong, Darjeeling is a beautiful property. It offers great view of Himalaya mountains and makaibari tea gardens. The front desk team is excellent, particularly Ms Asfa was so good in explaining / detailing of hotel’s all activities. Food was good, Chef Pankaj took special efforts to prepare mouthwatering dishes for the guests. Restaurant Manager Rishi Singh was very polite and well cultured in fulfilling our requirements. Mr. Amit Sarkar, Mr Lokesh Kashyap, Ms Mitu, Mr Sonam , Mr Raghav, Ms Khushi and Mr Bhaskar really hosted us very well, making our stay a memorable one.

The entire staff from check in to check out were very courteous and helpful. Full marks for cleanliness and upkeep of the property. Good size luxury rooms with quality amenities made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The tea factory tour, yoga in the morning, flute player in the evening and the lively musicians at the bar made our visit memorable and definitely look forward to visiting this property in the near future.

Chia kutir is Excillent property & among best of TAJ, good food and above all best staff. In the middle of tea estate sorounded with mountains. Mr Bhaskar the Manager gives personal attention to all guest. Highly recommend must go place. 1.30 hour from bagdogra airport.
