Hi Team, Firstly, thank you for giving us such cheerful memories during our stay at Taj Chia Kutir, Darjeeling. I wanted to mention an incident and express my gratitude to the team for resolving the issue. At check-in, we encountered a problem with my Epicure membership not showing up in the system, and we were asked to consider this a normal non-portal booking. This issue arose due to a recent update in the TATA system, which consolidated all accounts under a single umbrella. Despite checking with the reception team, they were unable to assist us. In the evening, we spoke with the Manager, Mr. Amit, who assured us to enjoy our stay without any worries as he would sort out the issue. Within an hour, he resolved the problem by thoroughly checking the data in the system. Mr. Amit was very friendly and attentive, ensuring we enjoyed our two-night stay at Taj.
