Amazing staff - Ashish manager, Pranjal at front desk and Mona at the restaurant. We had slightly not so good experience in the rooms but staff was super helpful that we almost forgot our other experience.

The location of this property is highly inconvenient; it took us over an hour to navigate the final two kilometers due to severe traffic congestion. The hotel is situated above a shopping mall, and the entrance is located in a basement area that suffers from a persistent, unpleasant odor. Furthermore, the lack of on-site parking necessitated that our vehicle be parked at a significant distance, resulting in long waits that effectively forced us to cancel much of our planned sightseeing. Regarding the accommodations, the rooms were merely adequate and suffered from an overwhelming scent of industrial cleaning agents, which appeared to be an attempt to mask a deeper underlying smell. Despite the efforts of the manager, Ashish, who kindly facilitated a room change, the odor persisted. While I found the food to be satisfactory and appreciated the professional service provided by Mona in the restaurant and Ashish at the front desk, the combination of the poor location and the pervasive smell makes it impossible for me to recommend this hotel.

Had a wonderful stay with excellent hospitality, delicious food, and a warm atmosphere throughout. A special thanks to Miss Mona, the restaurant attendant, whose polite behavior, caring attitude, and attentive service made our dining experience truly memorable.

Spacious and well maintained rooms, breakfast buffet has a good spread, service is really good and this is inside a mall which is a big plus. Mona, Gyanendra, Srawan and Sanjok have taken care of us really well. Definitely recommend this place.
