Central location, always a good stopover

1. Ctrip is rubbish. I forgot to order breakfast and said I would lose money. It’s not surprising. I changed my booking. 2. The hotel is very poor. There are many steps and it is difficult to carry luggage. 3. The hotel service is very poor and the receipt cannot be printed.

ich habe über Trip.com ein Hotel gebucht, bei dem in der Fotogalerie eindeutig ein Swimmingpool angezeigt wurde. Genau deshalb habe ich mich für dieses Hotel entschieden und extra Badesachen mitgenommen, da ich dort schwimmen wollte. Als ich jedoch im Hotel ankam, stellte sich heraus, dass es dort überhaupt keinen Swimmingpool gibt. Ich habe das Personal im Hotel darauf angesprochen, aber man teilte mir nur mit, dass kein Pool vorhanden sei und ich mich selbst an Trip.com wenden solle. Außerdem wurde gesagt, ich hätte die Beschreibung genauer lesen müssen. Meiner Meinung nach darf man als Kunde erwarten, dass die Fotos im Hotelprofil den tatsächlichen Einrichtungen entsprechen. Wenn ein Swimmingpool in der Bildergalerie gezeigt wird, geht man selbstverständlich davon aus, dass dieser auch nutzbar ist. Ich reise häufig in diese Stadt, aber aufgrund dieser Erfahrung werde ich dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen – zumal der Preis auch nicht günstig war.

從前台辦理入住到客房服務，每位工作人員都熱情洋溢。前台小姐姐辦理入住速度快，還耐心介紹周邊好玩的地方；客房阿姨打掃房間仔細，每天都會補充足量的礦泉水，細節滿滿。 -

達姆市區的酒店選擇比較少，這家Best Western是為數不多的幾個裡麪還可以的， 但是總體感覺沒有 Welcome Hotel Darmstadt好，當然價格也優惠一點。

位置很好，附近很多吃的和逛街的地方，唯一不好的是去房間有段樓梯，重行李的不方便

Employees are friendly and helpful. I would visit again for next visit in Darmstadt. Free coffee is always good.

A more-than-basic hotel but sparse in general. Set back from the main street it is quiet, and sits above a parking garage (which we never heard anything from in the hotel). The lobby is quite sterile and customer service is formal and polite but not particularly warm or welcoming or friendly. Room was a very good size and comfortable for a 2-night stay. Seem to be more business travelers and it was quiet for sleeping. Convenient to walk to several cafes and restaurants. While there was nothing "wrong" with this stay, I think we'd look for something more charming or personable/friendly for a subsequent stay.

This is my fourth or fifth time staying here overnight the last year. Centrally located and ideal whilst visiting the city Surrounded by great cafes, bars and restaurants. Staff at the hotel are always courteous and with a smile, nothing ever seems too much. I came to put my cases in early on my previous visit, and they very kindly advised that they had my room ready which was glorious after an early morning flight to be able to rest for a while before settling in to my holiday. Special mentions to Barbara and Brigitte for their welcoming smiles and positive manners

You really must pay attention to the address as the lobby is hidden in the back behind the street front businesses. Room was well cleaned if small. No USB/USB-C support. Good value for the overnight stay for a traveler.
