Für Business garantiert das beste Hotel, da alle darmstadt-relevanten Firmen direkt um die Ecke sind. Für Touristen zu weit entfernt vom Zentrum.
Aber: ein tolles Hotel mit fantastischem Konzept. Alles wirkt neu renoviert, und das mit Liebe. Personal sehr hilfsbereit - und das 24/7. Super sauber...
Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl.
Frühstücksleistung ebenfalls sehr gut.

Lage ist OK
Bei mir wurden zwei Zimmer abgebucht, obwohl ich nur eines gebucht hatte.
Der Front Desk Mitarbeiter war inkompetent und unhöflich und hat sich nicht um mein Anliegen gekümmert.
Auf dem Zimmer, keine Fernbedienung für den TV.
WLAN langsam und störungsanfällig. Kein Nachttisch

當晚入住時現場付了36歐三個人的早餐，説好第二天給收據，最後check out的時候也沒給，本來住了一晚，過了十幾天以後郵件聯繫我們非要讓我們付早餐費，發票給的時間是三晚的時間？真的是坑？

Not the most functional or cleanest hotel you’ve been to, but an overall good experience due to the kind staff. The party afterwards made it a 3 start review since what you need is a clean and comfort bed and a good shower, which weren’t exactly what I got :/

Always a pleasant stay when on business in Darmstadt. I specifically appreciate the spacious gym and the quiet rooms. Overall quiet a modern feel to it, but nothing fancy. Maybe more dining options could be nice, as the area doesn't provide much

Bathroom is nice and the beds are cozy. The breakfast is a 7/10 but okay…. The rooms are big enough. The city is just okay. The stuff is reallyyyyyy niceeeee !!! The light are okay. The chairs are great. It’s not so rainy.. there is a bar with drinks and coffee.
