The staff was always attentive, helpful and friendly. The room was well kepted, well heated and very quiet. Heaven on earth.

The rooms are exactly as they are advertised so what it says comes in the room will be there but nothing more. The staff was kind, professional, very thoughtful and helpful. Especially Anthony he went above and beyond to help.

So another great stay literally have no complaints. The staff is great. Thanks again joy for helping me out with my mistake this time lol. Shes great, nice, and patient. Anthony works hard and he is patient as well as understanding and good at knowing whats going on. He is also polite. The whole staff always greets, asks how u r and its a great change compared to some places today that takes your money but has no customer service skills or communication. So thank you for being a great place, with a good and polite staff.

Carpet was torn. Paint peeling on ceiling. Asked for two extra blankets and was told they only had one. Walk way in from entrance and side end was real icy . They did not plow well or take care of props well with the snow storm. Girl at front fest was nice. But we will never stay there again

Always a pleasure!!! So glad i decided to go with this hotel. Im in town helping my family because my mom is sick and she's moving in with my sister and just was in a hospitals and between my sister being a single mom three kids and just a lot going on so being here with absolutely no issues and a friendly staff great housekeeping I literally am very happy I have extended a few times now and I just have to say thank you to the hotel staff you are absolutely great and the hotel is up kept very well

Always a pleasure. From the comfy best bed. To not worrying about breakfast/COFFEE lol also staff is always polite not sure gentlemen name in the morning but very nice. And Yesh & Joy are great at making u feel welcomed and so nice and like they care. Thank you for a wonderful time here..
