Great location for our trip. Very clean and comfortable size rooms.

Excellent all around. At slightly greater expense. But worth the convenience

It's quite satisfactory and the facilities are old, but it still deserves the Hilton name. The house is relatively humid and clothes cannot be dried. The breakfast was very good and the buffet breakfast was reasonably priced.

The service is very good, you can order food and deliver it at any time, which is very good. But the interior of the room is old and does not belong to Hilton's configuration. And no mineral water is provided, you have to buy it yourself.

Worst 5 star hotel I've ever stayed in Worst Hilton. Not even worthy of being called 5 stars, but also 3 stars to die. The nearby fast economy hotels that my friends booked are better and cheaper than this Hilton. The sanitary conditions are very poor. As soon as you enter the door, there is a strange smell. I don't know if it is a musty smell or something else. The toilet is still stained with 💩stars and diaosi. Can you believe it? ? And my friends and I have 💩 stars in the toilets. Although the waiter changed me a room and gave me a free drink voucher after I complained, I still couldn't stand it. I really couldn't stand it. I slept all night and the next day, my face and hands became allergic. Something like a red rash is itchy. It's really a no-brainer. The hygiene is really bad. It's not because of my geographical discrimination. Our ghost friends are very good at cleaning, and the Aboriginal friends are even worse at cleaning. The hotel lobby is renovated and it is quite modern and beautiful. It's a mess when you go to the room. You don't need to swipe your card for the elevator. This is the most expensive hotel in Darwin. How embarrassing? Has all the money been used to renovate the hall? Can you do employee hygiene training? I will never come again in my life.

Hygiene quality is worrying...

It feels okay.

We loved that all of the staff were on point and provided excellent service. The room was comfortable, quiet and clean. The car valet service was so convenient for us. We loved staying here and will recommend to all of our friends.

The inside facility design was elegant. The room spacious. The staff were friendly, and professional. Big shout to Ms. Shreeya who was so helpful and made our stay worries free.

The pool and areas were run down and needed painting. The food menu was poor as the chefs have left the building. No sheets on the bed. However breakfast menu was ok. I would however say that the staff were excellent and pleasant and should be congratulated.

Only buffet breakfast available. For the room rate I would expect A la carte service; I don't expect to to have to get my own breakfast.

The pool was not available and has not been available for a long time, yet I was not made aware and was advertised that they had a pool. Services like the bar also closed earlier than listed on the website.

Very good location for my work. The staff or should I say Darwin Hilton Family are exceptional
