The room is just enough for a short stay, can't fit anything else. Doesn't even have a table good for desk works. What i didnt like is the lack of Floor rugs. I mean, your feet gets wet from using the toilet, would they want us to dry it with the towel?

nice location, just dont bring heavy luggage because no lift available. over all recommendable for budget travellers

A good variety of eateries can found nearby. Also the banks are plentiful. The highlight of a visit is People's Park. Inside, there is a musuem for free I misplaced an umbrella and it has been returned to me. I have extended my 2-day stay for another 3 days and enjoyed my stay. Many thanks to service staff for their great hospitality.

Nice hotel, the room was clean and tidy, plus it's super close to downtown which is convenient 👌. The only slight drawback was the shower pressure, it was a bit weak 😅🚿, and for breakfast, you need to order the night before. Overall, it's still good for a staycation if you want something accessible to everything! 🏨✨

I booked 2 rooms for our Davao trip. Hotel is located within the city proper,walking distance to Roxas night market, San Pedro Cathedral, City Hall and People's Park.Staff are friendly and helpful,special thanks to Jmaes who assisted us with our morning coffee 😀. Rooms are spacious enough but not so clean,and have faulty faucet in our bathroom and shower leaked in the other room,they did fix it after we complained about it.

The location is great but amenities is not. Please, have atleast a rag outside the bathroom floor. I asked them to change my towel on my second day but they didn't. Staff are respectful though.

Staff is nice and welcoming. Place is worth the price. Didn't expect the window to be that big, so I never opened it anyways Haha. wifi is bad as well as the signal. But still worth the price. It's clean and the location is perfect. It's one ride away from a lot of hotspots.

The room is okay, the bed is kinda hard but location wise it’s good! Cons is only 2 outlets and there is leaking in the CR.
