This hotel has some serious issues. The entrance has a large dip that's hard to see in the rain, which is a big tripping hazard. The staff also needs better training. 1. A female staff member saw us getting out of the taxi in heavy rain but didn't offer an umbrella. 2. Many staff members turn their backs to guests and don't even greet them. 3. I asked for the TV remote's batteries to be changed because it wasn't working, but they never did it. 4. There were a lot of mosquitoes, and I was worried about dengue fever. 5. We paid for breakfast, but the coffee was weak and not worth the money. I booked through Trip.com, but a 9.1 rating is definitely not accurate.

The property is homely, the staff are friendly and helpful. The are three downside comments: there were no provisions of sleepers, the drinking water were from the tap, I prefer bottled water. We were not aware of WiFi code, nowhere to find the code in the bedroom. My overall stay was good.

First time in Davao City. The place was very clean and the staff were friendly. It has a beautiful garden, and it is near the city center. Definitely worth the money! ＜3

It's quiet and homey, which I like. TV and Wi-Fi didn't work well. But the place and surroundings look safe.
