I was disappointed with the check-in experience. The two receptionists at the counter seemed distracted and overlooked the fact that I mentioned I was traveling with a child. Despite this, we were assigned a room on the highest floor, next to two rooms occupied by what appeared to be four adult men in their mid-40s who were loud and possibly intoxicated in the evening. The room itself was not well-maintained—there were coffee stains, the dental kit was missing (u have to ask for them, as I was told when I called the front desk), and the lamps were in poor condition.
On a positive note, the bellboys were helpful throughout our stay, and the location is convenient with plenty of nearby food options. This review reflects my personal experience only.

The room was spacious but had dim lighting and some outside noise. Unfortunately, no toiletries were provided—not even soap or shampoo—and the heater was not working. On the positive side, the front desk staff were very accommodating and always smiling, which made the experience more pleasant despite the issues.

It used to be a go to city accommodation with reasonable pricing. However, it has become more & more disheartening to be faced with dated interior, moldy odor and lack of basic amenities like complimentary toiletries such as toothbrush and room slippers & not to mention deteriorating furniture. Very unpleasant!

I am not sure if the hot and cold showers are functioning properly on the lower floors, but for us who are on the 4th and 8th floors, there is no hot shower available. The showers need to be replaced, as only three holes are functioning. The shower area on the 4th floor is clogged and literally flooded outside the shower room.
